Bring Your Bee Hive to Dundalk!
This Saturday Night, July 26, 2008, the Dundalk Renaissance Corporation will be showing the 4th movie (out of 6) in their Main Street Movie Series this Summer. The movie this week is Hair Spray, which was originially written by local man, John Waters, and is a great family fun film!
A 20 foot by 12 foot screen!
There will be pre-show entertainment from 7:00pm till 8:30pm when the movie starts. Come early, get your seat (bring a chair or blanket), and make sure to pick up a free raffle ticket. The DRC gives out free prizes from the local Main Street Businesses and has a fun, informative, pre-show trailer. There are food vendors at the event from the Dundalk Packers Yout Football Team and from the Dundalk Hawks Youth Wrestling Team. All proceeds from the stands support their programs for the Dundalk Eastfield Recreation Council. They have snowballs, popcorn, candy, hot dogs, soda, and polish sausage.
The movies are located on the back of the Patapsco Masonic Center at 2 Trading Place, Dundalk, MD 21222. The Masonic Center supplies the use of their two bathrooms for everyone as well.
